Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all orders and use of this online shop operated under the brand SYN42 (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”). The shop is operated via Shopify.

1. Scope and Contracting Parties

These T&Cs apply to all contracts between you as the customer and us as the operator of the online shop. Any deviating terms of the customer shall not be recognized unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart. The contract is only concluded upon our explicit acceptance (e.g. shipping confirmation by email).

We reserve the right to refuse orders without providing reasons.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Additional costs (e.g. shipping, customs duties, or payment fees) are shown separately during the ordering process.

Payments are made via the payment methods offered in the shop. The invoice amount is due immediately unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are non-binding estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Delays caused by shipping providers or force majeure are beyond our control.

The risk of loss or damage of goods passes to the customer upon delivery, or, in the case of consumers, only upon handover of the goods; for businesses, it passes upon handover to the shipping provider.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

In case of defects, you are initially entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement delivery). Further claims are governed by statutory provisions.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

Any further liability is excluded.

9. Use of the Shop

You agree to use the shop only in compliance with applicable laws.

In particular, the following are prohibited:

• abusive or unlawful use

• interference with technical infrastructure

• automated data collection (e.g. scraping)

10. Intellectual Property

All content in this shop (texts, images, designs, trademarks) is protected by copyright.

Any use without our express written consent is not permitted.

11. Third Parties and Shopify

Our shop is operated via Shopify. Shopify merely provides the technical platform.

Purchase contracts are concluded exclusively between you and us.

12. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy at privacy-policy

13. Changes to the T&Cs

We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.

The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

14. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

German law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.

To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of our company.
